Ken Bibby started teaching in 1992; this has been his passion ever since. He currently works in the CAA’s Industry Training Programs as a course leader and curriculum specialist and is an authorized provider of the Canadian Avalanche Center Avalanche Skills Training courses, a pre-requisite for entry into the CAA’s Industry Training Programs for aspiring avalanche professionals.
Ken also specializes in custom courses that cater to the individual needs and interests of his clients. Whether it’s a weekend avalanche refresher, a week-long ski mountaineering course or a corporate team building program, Ken is able to create and deliver a product that is both valuable and affordable. Group organizers are generally entitled to a free or greatly discounted course.
